- Only regenerate the extendr wrappers (via the
document binary) when invoked through devtools::document()/roxygen2. This avoids linking an extra binary against R's shared library during R CMD INSTALL/check, which failed on platforms where libR is not built as a shared library (e.g. r-devel-linux-x86_64-fedora-clang) or not locatable at runtime (macOS).
